Picture in Profile question

I am curious if we can have a picture show ONLY in the profile, and NOT show up on each individual post in our reply.
Please let me know if this can be done or not.

I guess I stand alone in this question. I mean, let us be serious, in such an amazing site, who else cares about such things.....
