How do I?

I have a really good DVD of my wifes first 3 some and I'd really like to share some stills from it with you guys. Does anyone know of any free programs I can use from which I can capture still images from the DVD on my PC? I can play the DVD on the computer with no problem but I can't capture stills from it. Help!! you won't be disappointed, I promise!

If using XP you can load the video to you comp. and use windows movie maker to get some still off of the vid. Then save to comp and post as pics....
