How to edit out our face?

Can someone tell me how to blur the face, or something like many of you do?

Don't you have paint shop Pro ? or any other pc sofware to do such things ? thats the only way I see you are going to be able to do it. I have it if you want to send me yur pix, i could easily do it for you no charge.
