Can't see movies??

Every time I try to load a movie a screen comes up like it is going to load and it ask's for my WP name and password and if I do put it in , it just won't let me run them???????????

Try to clear your browser cache, then close all browsers. (this is important)

Before you open the browser, check your firewall settings - they might be too high, or your firewall might be blocking your media player.

When you open your browser again, check your security/privacy settings.

You have the best opportunity to diagnose this as you are the only one sitting at your computer.
