I have a neighbor lady that acts prim and proper. She is married and goes to church on Wed and Sun. Her husband works evenings. My bedroom is on the second floor and theirs is on the first. We had the same thing happen to us. Our room is on the second floor when me and the wife would get together I would purposely leave the curtains half open because I knew the neighbor would watch us I’ve coughed him one day sitting in his chair playing with him self.
